Greetings and I even see the sun shining here in what is to be Sunny California. Not for long though, several storms are coming our way AGAIN!! Techie and I have been busy this last month, actually having a little break from WORK!! Well Techie works I play. We decided to take the RV down to Palm Springs Area for a week, spur of moment but was so glad we did. It was gorgeous down there and temperatures up to 98 degrees, and <LOL> I was actually in a "pool" in March this year. Lynda will understand that last statement. People watching in Palm Springs is interesting, I have seen some of the most outrageous waste of money in such a small area. Poodles with real diamonds, seems everyone driving a Rolls, BMW, or Mercedes. What a life!! The three other RV'ers we were traveling with were on the way to Las Vegas the next week but we had to return home because we had planned a Snow Train trip to Reno and it was paid for so made a run home in one day with the monster RV. Techie did great, still "encouraging" me to learn to drive the dang thing. I read, and slept <heheh> oh and had my earphones on so Techie was entertained with my singing part of the way also! And NO, he did not have earphones on. So we went from 98 degrees weather to 34 degrees weather in about two days time. If anyone is in Northern California and has an opportunity to take the Reno Snow Train trip, please do it, absolutely gorgeous and riding the train is fun. The most friendly people and just an enjoyable trip. We stayed in Reno from Tuesday late afternoon to Thursday morning. To say I lost my knickers is an understatement, I made a sizable contribution to the State of Nevada..

The Staff of Casual Chat would also like to send our sympathies to the family of London Mo, who passed away a few weeks ago. What a shock and we will so miss this funny fantastic lady, that would make us laugh and contributed so much to any game or chat she attended. May you rest in peace dear Mo and have already started a chat room in the heavens.

Forum News. I talked to Lillyrose a week ago and she is recovering from her knee operation. She misses the forum so much but just not able to sit very long at the computer and <is this a surprise> Lilly's computer is "sick" again!! She asked if we had any new cabin boys and I assured her we do and she had better get back soon. She also wanted me to tell all those that sent cards and good wishes, she thanks you from the bottom her her heart. Special angel kisses to you all.

Becca is back after a leave of absence. Becca will be taking the Wednesday night spot. The popular game FULLHOUSE will be back @ 9:00 EST Also Becca's hubby Michael is back from his deployment and could be why we had not seen Becca for a week? Welcome home Michael !!!

Since the SONG GAME that Teri started was so popular, Teri has revised it with a few twists <GGG> so watch the boards and hope all of you participate. For some reason Teri gets a little upset when I call her and sing the lyrics when I actually "get" the song!!

It is sad to report that Canada Forum's will be closing the doors as of April 1st. I have been a member of Canada chat for many years and had met many wonderful people. The files came in handy when I was researching before I visited Canada many years ago. It would be interesting when I would get a PC from someone speaking French and not having a clue what they were talking about. Many happy memories and good friends. So sorry to see you go, but know that over the many years you all have contributed a lot to these CompuServe walls.
